  1. All payments are due at the time of order.
  2. All Processing times start the business day after your payment has been made, unless otherwise stated.
  3. At this time we DO NOT accept hair from clients to make wigs, all hair must be purchased from The Custom Crown Collection
  4. The estimated processing time for orders on bundles/wefts is 7 to 10 business days (this does not include shipping time).
  5. The estimated processing time on Closure and Frontal pieces is 7 to 10 business days (this does not include shipping time).
  6. Yes, we do accept inspiration pictures as they help us to give up the look you the look you envision.
  7. Wig processing time is up to 28 days plus shipping time.
  8. While we encourage all customers to add signature and insurance to their packages, all wigs purchases require a signature for release.
  9. All wig orders ship with insurance during delivery.
  10. As these are custom and human hair products ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS AND NO EXCHANGES.
  11. All READY TO SHIP WIGS come in an as is condition, UNLESS client chooses for that wig to be customized which is an add on service with a fee.
  12. We do offer styling and wig repairs at all additional cost. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO WIGS PURCHASED FROM The Custom Crown Collection. *See ADDITIONAL SERVICES tab.
  13. Expedited processing is available for custom units only, on a first come first serve basis, based on scheduling availability and is done in limited quantities *See ADDITIONAL SERVICES tab.
  14. We do accept health insurance as a form of payment for Medical Hair Replacement Units, consultations are required for this service. See “Medical Wigs” tab.
  15. Prices are as stated, no negotiations.
  16. If you have concerns regarding your order, you can hit the “Contact Us” icon and well will get back to you as soon as we can.
  17. Our business hours are Monday-Thursday 10 am to 8pm. We are not open for business on Friday-Sunday.
  18. YES, you may order outside of normal business hours but your order will not start processing until the following business day.
  19. Please make sure to review your order before you finalize your purchase.
  20. If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us with 72 hours of receiving your order.
